Care, not shortcuts
A memorial is more than a surface to clean. We follow a gentle approach informed by VA National Cemetery cleaning guidance, with the stone’s condition and the cemetery’s rules coming first.
Sometimes, the right care is to leave a stone alone.
Fragile, loose, flaking, or damaged memorials may need specialist advice. We do not provide repair or restoration, and we cannot promise a particular appearance after cleaning.
Begin with water, then use D/2 Biological Solution and soft brushes only when the stone is suitable.
No bleach, acids, wire brushes, or pressure washers. Aggressive cleaning is never our approach.
Cleaning takes place only above 40°F. Utah’s colder weather can limit suitable service dates.
We obtain cemetery or landowner permission before work begins. A family’s booking alone does not authorize cleaning.
